Calderon Draper is a family run Chartered Surveying firm, managed by Alex Draper, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

We are based in Bromley, Kent, located on the edge of London and work both locally within the community for private home owners as well as for larger organisations with premises across the country.

We aim to provide an excellent and professional approach to building surveying whilst maintaining a friendly and helpful service to help our clients achieve their desired outcome.

We provide a clear and straight forward explanation of our services with up front, fixed fee quotations. We are happy to spend time talking on the phone or in person to understand your project and will provide advice on any projects from start to finish ensuring you comply with all statutory requirements.

Our business depends on recommendations and repeat business and has been built up on this basis. We want you to be happy with the service we provide and we thrive on helping clients achieve their desired goals.

We can tailor our services to suit your requirements and budget and advise, if possible, where you can save costs and fees.
